Private Mentorship · 3–4 Clients At Any Time
This Is Not a Course.
It's a Chair in My Studio.
The Private Artist Incubator: 1-on-1 artist development with a producer who has engineered four Grammy-nominated recordings in four consecutive years — capped at three to four active clients, ever, by application only.
Producer & songwriter • Four Grammy-nominated recordings, four years running • 2.2B+ streams • Platinum & Gold albums in five countries • Full credits →
Most artist development is built to scale: bigger cohorts, more seats, recorded modules. That model has its place — I run a version of it myself in the Residency.
This is the other thing. The Incubator is the non-scalable work: your voice, your songs, your setup, your career — with my full attention on a roster small enough that I know every client's catalog from memory. Three to four artists at a time. When it's full, it's full, and it usually is.
Because the roster is this small, admission is non-transactional. There's no checkout button on this page. You cannot buy your way in — spots are awarded on creative alignment, work ethic, and fit, through an application and a private placement call. If we're not a fit, I'll tell you directly.
How the work is structured
Every client engagement is a monthly retainer, tiered by depth of involvement. All tiers include live 1-on-1 sessions over studio-grade audio streaming — we work in real time as if we're in the same room — and personalized creative direction on your actual music, never hypotheticals.
Tier 1 — The Catalyst
- 2 × 90-min sessions monthly (bi-weekly)
- For emerging artists and songwriters.
Build a cohesive, release-ready catalog with structured accountability — plus chat access between sessions so momentum never stalls.
Tier 2 — The Foundation
- 4 × 90-min sessions monthly (weekly)
- For self-directed artists stabilizing their technical baseline.
Capture professional takes from your own space — plus unlimited asynchronous audits: send working tracks anytime, get direct feedback from a multi-platinum producer within 72 hours.
Tier 3 — The Control Room
- 4 × 90-min sessions monthly (weekly)
- For artists mastering arrangement and mixing.
Includes Done-With-You Vocal Polishing — I personally comp, edit, and hand-tune your tracks out-of-session.
Tier 4 — The Vault
(3-month minimum · one client at a time)
- 4 × 120-min sessions monthly (weekly)
- The full-roster commitment: co-writing, brand development, marketing frameworks, priority 48-hour feedback.
One commercial-grade song personally mixed and finished by me every month (a $3,500+ standalone value).
Every engagement begins with a one-time Room Calibration & Audit ($150–$250), so the coaching is tuned to your actual recording space. Active clients also unlock the Milestone Project catalog — flat-fee upgrades from vocal polishing to full song reinvention. Retainer rates lock for the duration of continuous service.
What this actually produces
The Incubator's output isn't certificates. It's releases that compete with major-label records, skills that stay yours on every song you ever make, and — where the work leads there — the business machinery around the music: fan ownership, release strategy, and the same marketing systems I ran professionally for coaching brands before pointing them at music. Which rung of that ladder we build, and in what order, is exactly what the audit determines.
Parents of artists under 18
The Incubator serves families through the same structure with one difference — you are the client of record. Communication runs through you, the family operates as the board, and the entry point is the Family Music Startup Audit rather than the artist audit. Start with the free Parent Roadmap if you haven't read it; apply when you're ready for the honest evaluation.
The Process
Apply.
The application takes ten minutes and includes one raw, unedited track — a phone recording is fine. I'm listening for the foundation, not the production.
I listen personally.
Within five business days you hear from me either way. No ghosting, no form letters — if it's a no, you'll know why.
The placement call.
Thirty minutes, working session: an honest professional evaluation of the track, a technical inventory of your setup, and the roadmap decision — which path, which tier, in what order. You leave with those answers whether or not you join.
For you if:
- — You're committed to the 18-month arc of building a real catalog and audience.
- — You want expert hands on your specific music.
- — You're ready to be treated like a professional — including hearing what isn't working.
Not for you if:
- — You're looking for a cheer squad, a shortcut, or someone to want it more than you do.
- — If a monthly retainer isn't right yet, the Residency teaches the craft in a 12-week guided cohort, and the free Roadmap is where everyone starts.
Applications reviewed personally. Answered within five business days, either way.
